Thanks. It is stupid that Google+ does not respond my complaint (and the complaints of other people). I repeat: I was posting; my post was removed; I posted again; my post was removed again; I posted 3 or 4 times again; My post was put back; I removed all the posts because I am not a spammer; Google+ removed the original post again; I was angry and I put back my post 3 or 4 times again; the game started again until the moment that I could not longer post and Google was sending me always the message ‘Your post was not shared – Please try again’. My comments were also blocked and I had some problems with my internet-connection. Then I saw the following message on the head of my account: ‘Access limited until 24 12 2016 ’. Then Google+ was sending me this mail: ‘Dear Tom Jacobs, We have determined that your posts have repeatedly or egregiously violated our User Content and Conduct Policy. Spamming, including sending unwanted promotional or commercial content, or engaging in unwanted or mass solicitation, is not permitted. Your access to Google+ will be limited for two weeks. If you continue to violate our policies, your access to Google+. Please review our policies to avoid violating them in the future. If you believe that this decision has been made in error, please submit an appeal. We understand that these policies may not be for everyone. If you choose to leave, you can make a copy of your Google+ data first. If you like, you can also disable Google+ entirely. Yours sincerely,The Google+ team.’
I responded and I told them exactly what had happened. But my complaint was not taken serious. I saw also that some posts that I had removed were put back on my account. For someone who visits my account, it’s now like I was really spamming.
Yesterday I was seeing that some pictures were removed from my account.

‘We believe that more information means more choice, more freedom and ultimately more power for the individual’ – David Drummond, Chief legal officer, Google
Google releases censorship tools
September 15th, 2010 – The US government asked Google for user information 4,287 times during the first six months of 2010.
During the same timeframe the UK government put in over 1,000 such requests.
This is just two snippets from Google’s new Transparency Report, a set of tools designed to show censorship levels around the globe.
Civil liberty groups welcomed the tool but called on Google to provide even more detail about the requests.
Earlier this year, Google released details about how often countries around the world ask it to hand over user data or to censor information.
The new map and tools follows on from that and allows users to click an individual country to see how many removal requests were fully or partially complied with, as well as which Google services were affected.
In the US, for example, there were seven court orders to remove content from YouTube from July 2009 to the end of the year.
There is also a traffic graph showing Google services around the world and related traffic outages, caused either by governments blocking access to information or, more mundanely, cables being cut.
Google’s public policy head Scott Rubin demonstrated the tool to the BBC.
“Last year after the Iranian elections access to the internet was cut off and we saw a sudden drop in traffic to YouTube,” he said.
Civil liberties groups said the tool would prove invaluable to activists determined to plot against government censorship around the globe.
“I think it is a tremendous initiative and it would be helpful if other networks could do the same thing,” said Lilian Edwards, professor of internet law at the University of Sheffield and board member of the Open Rights Group.
“I think there will be some embarrassing data and it will vary from country to country. The UK is neither the best or the worst,” she said.
More data about the nature of the requests would be useful, she added.
“It would be interesting to see whether these take-downs refer to libel, surveillance and intercepts or the content industries. The more data we have the more useful it will be,” she said.
“It would, for example, be interesting to compare Google’s data with published UK surveillance requests.”
Google can provide such data and is examining whether it can release more detail about the requests.
Explaining the genesis of the tool, David Drummond, Google’s chief legal officer wrote in the official blog: “When Google’s services are blocked or filtered, we can’t serve our users effectively. That’s why we act every day to maximize free expression and access to information.
“Free expression is one of our core values. We believe that more information means more choice, more freedom and ultimately more power for the individual,” he added.

Turkey is dispatching hundreds of more soldiers to neighboring Syria to reinforce its first major US-backed incursion of its conflict-ridden southern neighbor.

Turkish forces crossed into Syria on August 24 under the pretext of expelling ISIS from the border region but have cleared some 1,800 square kilometers (694 square miles) from not only ISIS, but also the Kurdish-led SDF.
Belgacom is the government-owned telecom service provider of Belgium and belongs to a special class of Belgian state-owned utility companies (it had a state monopoly). The company act as a commercial concern and pointed out, its strengths in international communications helped Brussels to attract companies like Hewlett-Packard and British Petroleum, to set up their international headquarters there (next the headquarters for NATO and the EEC). The company is working with Israeli phone and Internet tapping instruments but that’s so expensive that the budget of Belgian Justice for this year is already exhausted.
The majority of the firewalls on US corporate and government computer systems are provided by just one company, Checkpoint Systems, which like Amdocs, Comverse Infosys, and Odigo, is headquartered in Israel.
We found out that there is some connection between Belgacom-Skynet and Amdocs…

After Israel’s bombings in 2014, more than 16,000 families, amounting to approximately 90,000 people, remained displaced or homeless. The United States and Europe continue to support Israel.
Belgian bank financing Israeli settlements
David Cronin The Electronic Intifada 13 April 2010
BRUSSELS (IPS) – Dexia, a major Belgian-French bank, is continuing to finance Israeli authorities in the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT) almost a year after it indicated that it would cease providing loans to illegal settlements.
In May 2009, Dexia promised that it would not lend any fresh money to councils representing Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank.
Although Palestinian solidarity activists regarded the announcement as a victory for a campaign they had fought against Dexia, they are not satisfied that all the bank’s transactions with Israeli settlements have been halted.
Intal, a human rights group in Brussels, says it will protest at Dexia’s annual shareholders’ meeting next month, because many of the earlier loans issued to Israeli settlements run until 2017 and are unaffected by last year’s pledge.
“We are calling on Dexia to cut all ties with the occupation [of Palestine],” Intal spokesman Mario Franssen told IPS. “How they do that is up to them. We’re not asking for a boycott of Israel in this case but probably the only solution is for them to get out.”
Dexia’s involvement with Israeli settlements first came to the knowledge of campaign groups in Europe during October 2008, the same month that the governments of Belgium, France and Luxembourg agreed to a multi-billion euro rescue package to prevent the bank from collapsing. In statements to the Israeli parliament — known as the Knesset — Dexia had acknowledged arranging loans to seven settlements and three Israeli-controlled regional bodies in the occupied West Bank between 2003 and 2007.
Intal is also incensed by remarks made by former Belgian Prime Minister Jean-Luc Dehaene, now a Dexia chairman, during 2009. While Dehaene confessed that Dexia had provided loans worth 5 million euros ($6.7 million) to settlements in the occupied West Bank, he stressed that loans to Jerusalem were not included in that amount because “Dexia Group feels that Jerusalem is not contested territory.”
