Russia to initiate UN Security Council meeting over Turkey’s plans to send troops to northern Syria


On 5 August 2015, Turkish newspaper Takvim featured a map of the buffer zone that includes Aleppo, Idlib and the north of Latakia to be under Turkey’s control as an eventual 82nd province.
